THE AMERICAN COLLEGE PLANNING
FOUNDATION

The American College Planning Foundation (ACPF), as a project of United Charitable Programs – a registered 501(c) (3) public charity, is dedicated to the advancement of higher education and has the following mission: “To provide educational programs and resources to college-bound students and their families in the communities we serve. ”  

Our goal is to assist families in preparing for a successful college experience through a host of college planning resources that ACPF offers to the community of college-bound students and their parents.

The ACPF college planning resources include educational workshops, private counseling sessions, and Internet-based tools. These resources are offered to the community free-of-charge.

ACPF programs are made possible through the efforts of regional volunteers with a background in college planning. The local regions fund, organize, and implement select programs appropriate to the needs of the particular community they serve.

All moneys raised by the American College Planning Foundation are received by United Charitable Programs and become the sole property of United Charitable Programs which, for internal operating purposes, allocates funds to the Project. The Program Manager makes recommendations for disbursements which are reviewed by United Charitable Programs for approval.
